I'm writing to urge you to quickly pass legislation either reinstating the ACA's financial penalty for non-insurance or removing the individual mandate entirely. These simple changes would protect the ACA against the absurd lawsuit currently pending before the Supreme Court and preserve healthcare access for millions of Americans, especially those with preexisting conditions.
