No more for-profit utilities

No more for-profit utilities. There is no reason we should be paying for the profit motive of necessities like electricity, water, or Internet. Locally owned and non-profit utilities have demonstrated that they are cheaper, more reliable, and don't cause horrifically costly fires. It's long past time we nationalized utilities instead of giving tax dollars to their investors. We have paid for them over and over again, it's time for us to claim what our tax dollars have already bought.
