Stop the Trump administration’s illegal & unconstitutional actions

Trump is violating the Constitution in real-time, and Congress must respond with the full force of its power. Reports that he rescinded his federal funding freeze are false – the White House has confirmed the freeze remains in effect. This was a calculated deception, part of a broader effort to push illegal executive actions while misleading the public. The funding freeze is just one example. Trump has already defied birthright citizenship laws, ordered unlawful ICE raids, illegally purged career officials from independent inspector general offices and the Department of Justice. His plan to install Project 2025’s lead architect to control federal funding at the OMB is proof that these actions are only the beginning. Every time the Trump administration gets away with an abuse of power, he escalates. Congress must stop this now before it becomes irreversible. There is no single solution. Instead, Congress must fight with every tool available. Block funding to the executive branch. Shut down Trump’s agenda with the filibuster. House members can hold sit-ins to force action. In both chambers, issue subpoenas, hold hearings, and propose emergency legislation to stop this lawlessness before it becomes entrenched. Sue or join existing lawsuits to challenge these illegal acts in court. With Trump dismantling democracy in plain sight, this is not a time for hesitation, this is a time to fight, there is no waiting this out. I urge you to be creative and use every tool at your disposal to stop him.
