In these troubled times I hope you keep in mind if a POTUS violates the Constitution (e.g., by arrogating to himself legislative or judicial powers, or even executive powers not granted by the Constitution or reserved to the States) then it is the responsibility and *duty* of the Congress to remove said POTUS. It is not an option or a choice. If they acquiesce in a coup d'état or power grab, then they are co-conspirators and their right to rule vanishes. Because this is top of mind for me.
