No DHS funding without BINDING rules and new leadership for ICE

I just read that Schumer is getting ready to cave on ICE funding with some meaningless guidelines. ICE is already breaking the law! Adding pointless new requirements will not fix anything!! You have leverage, don’t give it up for empty promises. I do NOT want you to fund DHS unless meaningful, binding changes are made, including removing Noem and replacing her with someone who will enforce accountability to follow the constitution. Shut down the government if you have to - if you don’t do this then you are complicit in funding fascism.
