Hello, I dont know what current laws are but if this is not already a State Law, please make an emergency declaration, now, and effective immediately that it is illegal for Police or any armed forces in the State to use tear gas against or in the vicinity of or shoot against peaceful protesters. Also, that tear gas would be outlawed altogether except, MAYBE against armed threats of violence. It should NEVER be used where innocent people could be affected. Please ensure this practice by police and others is stopped here and that any offending officer can and will be arrested and fired immediately.
Please also make a public declaration of this matter ahead of the protests and to all armed forces.
