Don't Confirm Amy Coney Barrett

I am a member of Indivisible CA33. I would like the Senator to do everything in her power to delay the confirmation of Amy Coney Barrett. If that means remaining absent so quorum can’t be met, do that. If a new impeachment trial needs to begin, do that. Please use every procedural trick at your disposal. We cannot allow the GOP and Donal Trump to steal their second lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court in 4 years. As Senator Amy Klobuchar said during Barrett’s hearing on Monday, this isn’t Donald Trump’s SCOTUS seat, it’s our SCOTUS seat. Please continue questioning her *aggressively.* This is not a normal hearing and it shouldn't be treated as such. dditionally, should Democrats win the White House and the Senate in November, I want the Senator to know that I expect her to respond accordingly to the lawlessness and disregard for decorum displayed by Mitch McConnell since he has been the Senate Majority Leader. The filibuster must go, and if they do manage to steal this seat, we must add additional seats to the court. The Republican party knows they are unpopular and are trying to entrench minority rule.
