Hands Off! Day of Action: Stop DOGE Data Theft - Musk

I’m writing again on this Day of Action around the country to urge you to take legal action against Elon Musk, his corporations like xAI, and the so-called Department of Government Efficiency(DOGE).
It’s easy to see, from my view in the tech sector that they are illegally accessing and downloading sensitive personal data from multiple federal agencies to train their AI model. The privacy protections we have are inadequate for this, but we must stop these breaches. They’re literally stealing identities.
This unchecked breach of our most sensitive data systems is shocking and illegal. Musk and his subordinates do not appear to have proper security clearances or vetting, yet they have accessed government databases containing highly confidential information on millions of individuals and companies.
This data is undoubtedly being weaponized for personal or corporate gain, harming individuals, undermining fair market competition, and jeopardizing national security.
Musk's illegal overreach and abuse of power demand a forceful response.
Congress must use its oversight powers to investigate these actions thoroughly, determine the full extent of the data accessed, and hold all individuals involved accountable.
Furthermore, courts must intervene to block Musk's unchecked access to sensitive government data systems and prevent further exploitation of this information. Lawsuits must be filed to halt these harmful activities and ensure robust data privacy protections are upheld.
Allowing Musk and his unelected, unvetted and quasi-criminal hackers to plunder federal data with impunity sets a dangerous precedent that undermines democratic norms and the rule of law.
His corporations must be sued as well. Shine on a light on their part in these actions.
Aggressive legal action through the courts is urgently needed. Congress and the courts must act swiftly to uphold accountability and restore limits on executive power. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
