Compel Miller and staff to appear and answer for violations including Hatch

Bring Miller — and the rest of the White House staff and NSC, without whom Miller could not as a practical matter have been able to perpetrate the attacks and illegally redirect armed resources — to full account for this evidently conspiratorial set of crimes.
