Children, families, the elderly, and the disabled will go hungry in our state because of your political theater. You are literally the LEAST Christian people I can think of. It is absolutely disgusting to me that corporations and billionaires are funding ballrooms and private donations are keeping the lights on at Mt. Rushmore but we can’t find a way to care for the most vulnerable and impoverished among us.
It’s like you are flipping us off. The funds that support SNAP benefits have already been appropriated and the Republicans are withholding them as a political stunt!
In South Dakota and many other states, we have crops rotting in the fields and farmers raising cattle while we are buying beef from Argentina.
Stop this insanity!
