Support the Block the Bombs Act - Vote Yes on H.R. 3565

Since October 2023, Israel has killed over 64,260 Palestinians in Gaza—leveling entire neighborhoods, displacing millions, and using starvation and siege as weapons of war. The United States has sent over $30 billion in weapons to support this assault—fueling war crimes and deepening U.S. complicity in genocide. That’s why we’re calling on every member of Congress to support a historic new bill: H.R. 3565, the Block the Bombs Act. Introduced by Reps. Delia C. Ramirez (IL-03), Sara Jacobs (CA-51), Pramila Jayapal (WA-07), and Mark Pocan (WI-02), this bill would end the transfer of deadly offensive weapons to Israel, including: - BLU-109 and MK80-series bombsm - GBU-39 and SPICE precision-guided munitions - 120mm tank rounds and 155mm artillery shells - White phosphorus, a chemical weapon that burns civilians alive As Rep. Ramirez said: “Enough is enough. The American people do not want our tax dollars funding Israel’s gross violations of international and humanitarian law.” This is the first time in U.S. history that Congress has tried to proactively block the flow of weapons to Israel.
