Take Bold Action to Protect NYers

The second Trump administration is already causing unprecedented harm to our democracy and communities, with attacks on immigrant rights, mass firings, environmental rollbacks, and the destabilization of critical government infrastructure. New Yorkers need strong, decisive leadership now, yet Albany has remained largely silent. We need a proactive agenda, urgent action, and a rallying response to this constitutional crisis. I am demanding bold action to: Protect immigrants and prevent deportation; Defend trans rights and ensure abortion access; Safeguard our right to protest and secure our privacy; Preserve our environment and protect vulnerable communities; Ensure New York’s autonomy and the protection of its residents. New York has always led the way in times of crisis. Now is the time for bold leadership. I’m counting on you to act.
