Support the Epstein Files Transparency Act in the Senate

I am writing as a constituent to respectfully urge you to support swift Senate action on H.R. 4405, the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which passed the House on November 18 with overwhelming bipartisan support.
This bill requires the Department of Justice to publicly release all unclassified records related to Jeffrey Epstein, while still protecting victim identities, ongoing investigations, and properly classified national-security information. It also prohibits redactions based solely on embarrassment or political sensitivity, ensuring that accountability applies equally to all individuals involved.
Releasing these records is essential for restoring public trust, understanding how such an extensive abuse network operated for so long, and identifying any institutional failures that allowed it to continue. The 427 - 1 House vote shows that Americans across the political spectrum expect transparency on this matter.
I respectfully ask that you:
1. Support bringing H.R. 4405 to the floor without delay.
2. Vote in favor of the bill as written or with only narrowly tailored changes that preserve full transparency.
3. Oppose efforts to weaken or significantly delay the release of the required documents.
Thank you for your service and for your attention to this important issue. I would welcome any information your office can share regarding your position or expected actions related to this bill.
