You voted for the “Big Beautiful Bill”. Great. You and your colleagues have doomed thousands directly, and millions more indirectly to live worse, shorter lives. And for what? To line the pockets of the rich? Drive up the debt? Shame isn’t the word, it doesn’t have the weight, the depth, or capture the egregiousness of your crime against humanity, your constituents, and the God you claim to serve, which you’ve demonstrated only to serve yourselves. You are more worried about your continued employment at the wrath of a decrepit wannabe-dictator than you are about doing the right thing. Senator Lee isn’t surprising. He called Trump our “modern day Moroni” and tried to sell off Utah lands to foreign buyers, this shit I expect from him. Senator Curtis, I had hope for, but he has yet to prove that he’s anything different from your senior senator. Congrats on following in his footsteps. I hope your careers are short and your lives are long so can live to see the harm you’ve caused this country, and your people, and how little you’ll get in return for it. I have hope that you’ll recognize that this isn’t right, and that it’s not too late to be the difference we need you to be.
