An open letter to the U.S. Congress

The DOJ Has No Right To Interfere in Alaska's Election- Congress Must Object

194 so far! Help us get to 250 signers!

The Department of Justice threatening to sue to prevent the certification of Alaska's election if the Democratic candidate wins is a gross and unconstitutional overreach of their authority. The executive branch continues its assault on our free and fair elections, which are entirely controlled by the states, and this is just the most recent example of it. The claims that there are too many Republican candidates on the ballot which will dilute the Republican vote and cause confusion are not grounds for the federal government to interfere in the state's election, and Congress must object. This is not only a waste of resources and taxpayer money, but it is in direct defiance of our constitution and must be censured and stopped.
