Impeach POTUS- Violating Impoundment Control Act by Stopping Aid to Ukraine

What is the 119th Congress doing to stop this Republican Administration from violating the Impoundment Control Act of 1974? Performing an immediate halt to all funding for Ukraine- including that already en route- is an affront to our allies and a slap in the face to the Impoundment Act of 1974 because this aid is already approved by Congress. We know why he's doing it. He's a pawn of Vladimir Putin. He wants all of the power of the 3 branches of Government consolidated into one man- himself. Americans won't stand for this.
