Nevada needs an SB747 No Kings Act ASAP. Protect citizens' Constitutional rights

In an effort to hold ICE accountable, Senator Scott Wiener created and introduced SB747 No Kings Act bill in CA which allows a person to sue a federal official when their Constitutional rights are violated. Nevada needs this too! The bill would provide a strong incentive for ICE and CBP not to violate a citizen's rights. I strongly urge you to contact Senator Scott Wiener, discuss the content of his bill, duplicate it, and introduce a bill here in Nevada! Call for a special session if necessary to pass a similar law here. Please move quickly on this matter. Law-abiding citizens need and deserve reasonable and logical protection. Thank you.
