In the most recent indictment against former President Donald Trump, Count 4 charges him with victimizing the American voters by conspiring to deprive us of our right to vote. As victims of this alleged crime, we, the American people, have a right "not to be excluded" from Trump's trial, as per the Crime Victims' Rights Act, 18 US Code section 3771(a)(3). Given the limited capacity of the courtroom, if the trial is not televised, I, along with countless other American citizens, will be excluded from the proceedings. This would be a violation of our federal legal statutory rights. Therefore, I respectfully request that you do everything within your power to ensure that my legal right, and the rights of all American citizens, to attend Donald Trump's trial is not violated. I urge you to advocate for the televising of the trial, thereby ensuring transparency and upholding the rights of the American people. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
