Did The Generals Say “No”?

The Joint Chiefs need to be brought before congress to explain what just happened. Did they tell the President they would not destroy a civilization on his orders. ‘Cus it looks like the President tried to save-face by accepting Iran’s 10-point plan so that he wouldn’t have to say, “Oops. The US military won’t follow my orders to destroy every bridge and power plant in your country. The US military refuses to destroy your civilization. Sorry.” If this is what happened, I want to know, and it might go a long way to saving US authority in this world. Is the US military’s commitment to uphold the US Constitution a check on Presidential power? Please have a hearing and ask them.
