An open letter to the U.S. Congress

What does a Republican in Congress stand for?

1 so far! Help us get to 5 signers!

I am a constituent of yours. I have what I think should be a simple question for you. What does it mean to be a Republican? What are the core values that you believe in? I'm not seeing the same values that the party had 10+ years ago, and I'd truly like to know what it means to be Republican today? What standards do you hold yourself to? What is your definition of a qualified Republican leader? Where do morals, personal history, and ethics belong in leadership? What are the reasons behind the party changes? I look forward to your reply.
