Imagine for a moment that Joseph Biden, while President, was to appoint George Soros as a special advisor with unlimited clearance. Then, over a period of weeks, Soros accessed computers across the government, overturning budgets, shuttering Congressionally-authorized programs and agencies, and ignoring court orders to stop.
If that were to have happened, you and your colleagues would be screaming “Impeachment!” non-stop.
It is the height of hypocrisy and cowardice that the GOP is silent as Donald Trump and Elon Musk break laws and dismantle the Constitutional order.
Joe Biden didn’t do anything like this — because he respects the Constitution and loves his country. In fact, no President has done anything like this.
Prove that you love your country. Honor your oath of office to the Constitution and your constituents. Take action to stop those illegal acts!
If not for the rule of law, think of your own self-interest: do you really believe you and your colleagues will be safe once Musk/Trump decide they have full control over the government? That has not happened in other times, in other coups. Study history.
