I am your constituent and I want you to know that the Mining Regulatory Clarity Act (H.R.2925) is a massive give away to corporations who will occupy and damage public land in perpetuity. They will construct massive waste dumps, roads and pipelines on our lands and make them unsuitable for nature, recreational and traditional cultural uses. Please reject H.R. 2024 and protect public lands for all of us. Thank you.
