An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Protect the Rights and Dignity of LGBTQ People

1 so far! Help us get to 5 signers!

I am writing to urge you to stand against the ongoing attacks on LGBTQ individuals. These are human beings—our friends, family members, neighbors—who deserve respect, acceptance, and the same rights as everyone else. The majority of Americans support the LGBTQ community. Where is our humanity when policies seek to erase, harm, or discriminate against people simply for being who they are? We need to do better. We need to be teaching empathy, not legislating exclusion. Please use your position to protect the dignity and rights of all people.
