In Preparation for the Next House Session I am writing to express my opinion on several issues that I would like the Representative to act on: Support H.R. 8111, the My Body, My Data Act of 2022 to ensure Americans’ digital health privacy and modernize HIPAA protections. Pass H.R. 1814, the bipartisan Civics Secures Democracy Act, to provide funding for K-12 education in civics and American history. Pass H.R. 1334, the DISCLOSE Act, to reduce foreign influence on American elections and require public identification of “dark money” donors.
