Legalize Mifepristone for Safe Abortions

The safe and effective abortion medication Mifepristone has been made illegal by Federal Judge Kaczmaryk in Texas. He chose to ignore facts and data and go with his political leanings. This is another step by right wing Taliban-like officials to make women and girls second class citizens. I know Congress has given the FDA authority to determine if a drug is safe for the public, but Congress can pass legislation to authorize access nationwide to Mifepristone based on the 59 months of FDA study and the 20 years of scientific evidence that it is safe to use.
