No ICE in Italy!

I cannot think of a single thing an ICE agent could do at the Olympics in Milan, Italy that would be consistent with ICE’s legally-authorized scope of authority, mission, or priorities. At the U.S. consulate, maybe. But outside of that building, what could possibly be within ICE’s legal scope? ICE has NO business being in Italy!
