Protect gender affirming care at all costs, go ahead & shut down the government

I am writing to urge you to do all you can to protect trans rights. Do not let republicans spread this transpanic and shut down the life saving healthcare for this vulnerable population. I have a child who is trans and may someday opt for gender affirming care. The risk of suicide for transpeople is so high and loosing gender affirming care would inly increase this risk. Please remember that healthcare is a human right and gender affirming care is a scientifically proven treatment methodology. Let trump shut the government down, do not give in. Stand up for the rights of all americans
