I am urging you to immediately implement your oversight powers and conduct an oversight visit to the ICE detention facility located at 14797 Murdock St., Chantilly, VA 20151. There are reports of chronic starvation, lack of clean drinking water, and attorneys unable to speak to their clients. If you are unable to go, we urge that your staff conduct the oversight visit. This is an emergency situation, and a visit should be conducted immediately.
