The disturbing displays at CPAC, such as Elon Musk wielding a chainsaw and Steve Bannon's apparent Nazi salute, are deeply concerning and antithetical to American values of inclusivity and respect for all people. Promoting Nazi symbolism and ideologies that advocate hatred and violence against marginalized groups is unacceptable and has no place in our society. I urge you to firmly condemn these offensive actions and the dangerous extremist ideologies they represent. We must stand united against hatred, bigotry, and the normalization of white supremacist ideologies which have caused immense suffering throughout history. Our nation's diversity is a strength, not a weakness, and it is crucial that our leaders uphold principles of equality, human rights, and human dignity for all.
