Investigate and Prosecute ICE Officers for Unlawful School Property Detentions

Demand accountability for the ICE and DHS officers who detained both parents at a Pre-K graduation in Baltimore without a warrant. Officers who enter school property and seize people without judicial authorization are breaking the law — full stop. They should be arrested and prosecuted like anyone else who commits unlawful detention. This is not a border enforcement story. This is agents in tactical gear terrorizing a Pre-K graduation, traumatizing children and families in one of the few spaces that should be unambiguously safe.
