Co-sponsor H.R. 9694, the Epstein Files Transparency Act II, hold Leon Black in contempt of Congress, and hold Attorney General Todd Blanche accountable for failing to comply with the original Epstein Files Transparency Act. The December 19, 2025 release deadline has passed, and the Justice Department has released only about half the files. That is not compliance. That is obstruction.
H.R. 9694, introduced by Representatives Massie, Khanna, and Leger Fernández, would give survivors, state prosecutors, and members of Congress the legal standing to sue the DOJ over records that are unlawfully withheld or redacted. Blanche claims the remaining files are duplicates or privileged. Fine. Then release them and prove it. Millions of records are still hidden, and "trust us" is not an acceptable answer from a Justice Department that has already missed its legal deadline.
Leon Black's refusal to appear before the House panel for a second round of questioning is contempt, plain and simple. The public knows a cover-up when it sees one. Sign the discharge petition, co-sponsor this bill, and use every tool available to force full compliance with the law.
