Pass the PWFA, now. I don't understand why you have not prioritized the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act. Why isn't the health of pregnant people at the top of your agenda? It is clear which sex is under attack by the right wing. Women have more to lose than ever before. We are the people that you expect to vote for you. So why aren't we important to you? PWFA safeguards the health and economic security of pregnant workers, especially women of color and low-wage workers. It also combats pregnancy discrimination and ensures no one has to choose between a job and a healthy pregnancy.
