Resistbot Petition: Freedom to Vote Act

An open letter to the U.S. Senate

Freedom to Vote Act

23 so far! Help us get to 25 signers!

The right to vote is fundamental. It is the very cornerstone of representative democracy. Yet several states have passed laws recently that make it harder to vote, that restrict hours, locations, methods of voting in the name of security. I object wholeheartedly to those restrictions. I believe we should make it easier for people to vote, not harder. I believe the parties should compete through having better ideas, not by having smarter ways of keeping their opponents from being able to vote. That is why I support the Freedom to Vote Act, and I hope you will too. Please vote FOR the Freedom to Vote Act when it comes before you in the US Senate.
