The circumstances surrounding the suspension of Jimmy Kimmel Live suggest a coordinated, unconstitutional effort to suppress free speech. Congress has an obligation to investigate. I urge Senator Murray/Senator Cantwell/Representative Randall to back a full investigation, complete with subpoenas of FCC Chair Brendan Carr and executives from Disney and ABC affiliates Nexstar and Sinclair.
