Oppose military action in Venezuela

I am writing you today to ask that you clearly oppose any move toward military action in Venezuela. Whether you agree with the President on other issues, it’s time to take exception to his declaration of war made via a social media post. The President’s statement makes it clear that his administration is planning a war with Venezuela for oil and other natural resources, not for the safety of our country. I ask that you speak out publicly against a war with Venezuela and vote against any authorization of force. Do the right thing.
