The national government is reportedly testing a new application for a never-used military weapon for domestic use. If we wouldn't use the heat ray during war proceedings, why would we use it on civilians? Please ensure federal agents from any agency may not, in our state, use of cruel and unusual deterrents for domestic concerns such as assemblies for attaining redress of grievances, and immigration proceedings.
