Is it typical to put emotional people with unresolved PTSD back in the field with guns? Why didn't he walk away? Why was he holding a phone recording while pulling out a gun? Is it acceptable to hold a gun in one hand while recording in the other? You can't drive with your phone out but you can use your phone to record yourself committing murder because you were teased?
