Please vote NO on S. 5356: Defining Male and Female Act of 2024. This bill will accomplish no good -- it will, however, tie states and the federal government up in lawsuits regarding its constitutionality for as long a s it takes to get repealed. Treat every citizen with respect, even if you don't see them the way they see themselves, and we won't need laws like this.
