SCOTUS is Partisan

Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett expressed concerns Sunday that the public may increasingly see the court as a partisan institution. If you are worried about seeming partisan, then you probably are. Amy Coney Barrett will never be the Honorable Ruth Bader Ginsburg but instead will be known as the Justice that was appointed in the most partisan way in history. McConnell should have considered the public view before ramming through her nomination. The Supreme Court is biased. We must expand the court.
