State interstate compacts to protect Americans from the government

I'm writing to urge you to make a joint statement and enter into an interstate compact that increases our power to oppose the Trump Republican Fascist Regime. In your statement you should include the principles in which we will abide by, a set of commitments to the American people, and a set of demands towards Republicans/ MAGA. Thank you
