Declare a Climate Emergency

Today I take pen in hand to write and urge you to draft a declaration of Climate Emergency with further recommendations. The fossil fuel permit process in this state needs to be curtailed, as one of the recommendations. We must end the unjust hegemony of fossil fuels over our people, especially our most vulnerable communities in California. Thank you for supporting this effort so far.
