An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Kansas Removed Transgender Citizens' Right to Vote or Drive- Congress Must Act

3 so far! Help us get to 5 signers!

Kansas just invalidated an entire group of citizens' right to vote with no warning. They invalidated every legally transgender person's driver's license overnight, with no pathway to correct the issue immediately. As the Trump administration has also made it impossible for that same group to get passports, Kansas has completely eliminated their ability to vote, not to mention their ability to drive or travel by air. This is a gross violation of their constitutional rights, and it must be investigated on a federal level due to the constitutional violation. I call on Congress to intervene in this illegal voter disenfranchisement.
