While we’ve been telling you for 23 months, consensus is now undeniable: Israel is committing genocide in Gaza. The International Association of Genocide Scholars (IAGS)—the world’s leading body of experts on genocide—has issued a resolution, passed by a supermajority, concluding that Israel’s actions in Gaza meet the definition of genocide. There is no longer any moral or legal cover for your continued support of Israel. To fund, arm, or politically shield a government that is committing genocide is itself complicity in that crime. International law is clear, and your oath of office is clear: you must not aid and abet crimes against humanity. Every bomb, every bullet, every dollar you approve for Israel makes you responsible for the slaughter of civilians, the mass killing of children, the starvation of families, and the systematic destruction of a people. This is not a matter of debate. The world’s foremost genocide experts have spoken. History will record where you stood. Will you be remembered as someone who upheld your duty to humanity and the law, or as someone who chose to side with genocide? Stop arming Israel. End all military aid immediately. Anything less is a betrayal of your oath of office and of humanity itself.
