An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Stop the Hagerstown detention center

7 so far! Help us get to 10 signers!

I'm writing to express my outrage about ICE’s plan to turn industrial warehouses into detention camps to further its inhumane imprisonment of our neighbors. These facilities are known for their abuse, neglect, and lack of oversight, and they cannot be allowed to operate here. I demand that you speak out against ICE’s expansion and support regulations to prevent ICE from buying and building these camps in our state. Just now the detention center in Hagerstown has job postings on indeed.com. This needs to end. You need to stop this detention center from opening.
