Establish a claim for a refund of the illegal tariffs.

The Supreme Court ruled that Trump’s tariffs were illegal. The government should therefore return the money. To whom, and how, was not specified in the court order. Two states, Illinois and Nevada, have already sent letters to the White House claiming money to be refunded to their respective states on behalf of their citizens based on the number of households and the approximate amount each household had to pay for increased cost of goods passed on from the importers. California should follow their examples and also establish a claim to get in the line in case that is how the illegally charged tariffs will be refunded.
