Impeach Clarence Thomas The Supreme Court is concerned for its reputation, but fails to see that its reputation is earned from its actions. The time has come to start to rectify that by having Justice Clarence Thomas either resign or be impeached. This is a tenure that was born in the face of scandal. Anita Hills testimony alone should have prevented him from ever attaining the bench. Years of financial disclosure failures and personal financial scandals. His recent decisions not to recuse himself in matters where he has a personal and vested interest are reasons alone for the action. He has total disregard for the bench and his duties. When judges are partial, justice cannot exist. This is an obvious wrong that can be made right. Please work with your colleagues from both sides of the aisle to fix our broken court. I am afraid for our democracy.
