The coziness of the current administration and Russia is intolerable. Russia has been and still is our adversary, despite their influence in policy and elections. The American people do not back the administration's alliance with a known adversary that has lacked transparency, defies reason, and creates a dangerous situation. The concessions to relieve sanctions, disband oversight on foreign actors' influence, and without transparency, form an alliance with an adversary are unacceptable. Russia is no role model for our republic. As your constituent, I implore you to speak up. Make an effort to stand up to those who choose the wrong side. If they've threatened you, promised you a place in that world, remember, you represent us. Their money and it's influence is a short term promise. Most Americans support Ukraine. If the hope of maintaining our great country and republic is possible, something must change. Your oath is to the Constitution and our nation, not any one person. The Russians are the bad guys still. Perhaps,this president is a Trojan horse. His affinity to Putin is dangerous and unacceptable. It is a sad day in American history when Americans are betrayed by those who are elected to represent us. Speak up, say something. Evil prevails when good people say nothing.
