For a military order to be followed, it must be legal in terms of US law, International law, and the US constitution. It is not sedition and certainly not punishable by death to decline to follow an unlawful order--that is, an order that does not fit all three of those categories. Where you seem to be getting confused, Mr. Trump, is that you are not the law. Congress decides laws for this country. The Supreme Court decides constitutionality. You, despite being the head of the military by dint of being president, do not get to decide what's lawful and unlawful for the military, because making and executing the law would be a violation of the balance of powers. You can give orders, but if they are unlawful, the military has every right to decline. It is not sedition. It is not punishable by death. This is absolutely ridiculous. Perhaps you should take a grade school civics course before you're out of office for good; it might help you understand what powers you do and do not have as president.
