Clean Air, Water, & Land are priceless. Block EPA rule-rollbacks, oust Zeldin

Clean air and water ought to be a human right. NO human benefits from pollution-- except polluters out to maximise their profits. Pollution causes illness and can cause, or contribute to, deaths. Please hold hearings, issue subpoenas, and legislate to protect our air, water and land from toxic emissions and harmful forever chemicals. I am horrified that the EPA is now permitting more forever chemical instead of banning them. As EPA head, Lee Zeldin is not doing environmental protection. He is running a let-polluters-pollute -and- profit agency. That's a disservice to us, the American people you ought to be honored to serve. I ask you to protect our land, air, and water from Zeldin's intended rule rollbacks. Don't let us be poisoned. Zeldin's plans will be ruinous: Per WaPo: "Trump EPA to abandon air pollution rule that would prevent thousands of U.S. deaths" The Environmental Protection Agency will no longer defend Biden-era limits on fine-particle pollution, which causes heart and lung disease."- per WapO The Trump administration is also proposing to roll back protections for our nation's waters - protections that constitute our most successful efforts to clean up and protect our natural resources. Trump's proposed Dirty Water Rule follows his orders to the EPA to eliminate Clean Water Act protections for thousands of waterbodies across the nation. Those protections include rules against dumping pollutants into waters and wetlands and protections against ripping up or filling in water and wetlands for mining, or for large-sd industrial agriculture. Will you allow our land and air and water to be poisoned on your watch? Will you stand by and allow the constituents you should serve to grow ill from preventable contamination? I ask you to push back against this regulatory roll backs. I ask you to hold hearings. Use all the investigative and other powers at your disposal. Block the EPA rollbacks. And please, REMOVE Zeldin.
