Ratify UN-GCM NOW and Abolish Modern Gestapo

ICE is acting as a modern gestapo. They are wearing masks and hiding their badges to hide their identity. If they want to represent hate and illegal kidnapping, they should do it with their full identity on display. ICE should be abolished immediately and replaced with licensed clinical social workers trained in decolonization, human rights, and the rights of indigenous peoples and asylum seekers. Federal and state leadership should immediately partner in this abolition with aligned grassroots organizations who support Safe Migration initiatives centered on enforcement of indigenous rights, the UNHCR, and disability justice. There are mechanisms to support safe migration but fear mongering from extremists is preventing human rights from being respected. The US government needs to immediately uphold the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly, and Regular Migration.
